What happens in a recap

  1. Watch the masterclass first. Each recap covers one Journey level, so you will get the most out of it if you have seen that class.
  2. Recap. Kym pulls out the parts that matter most.
  3. Live exercise. You do the thing, right there on the call.
  4. Q&A. Ask about your own situation.
  5. One action. You leave with a single next step for the month.

The year at a glance

The recaps follow the Journey in order, one level a month, with an All Levels Journey Q&A near the end of the year and a break in December.

How to sign up

Dates will be on the calendar and you will get an email invitation before each one. Registration details will be added here before the first session.

Do I need to have watched the whole Journey?

No. Just the level being covered that month. Each recap stands on its own.
