Where should I start once I'm a member?
Once you watch the welcome videos and site tour, we recommend working your way through the Journey Masterclass Series.
It will form the foundation of your industry knowledge and give you dozens of usable next steps (and hundreds of later steps) to take in your career.
We often recommend watching all the levels once, then going back to each level in future when you're working on that element.
Who are the Casting Directors I can meet?
The CDs are top studio film, network TV, and high quality independent film casting directors and associates from the USA - all of whom have substantial resumes on IMDb.
We often also have bonus guests from the UK and Australia and we have just begun to occasionally include Vertical casting directors.

What is the structure of the monthly CD meetings?
They are an open 75-90 minute conversation on Zoom.
No scenes are performed.
There are usually 20-30 attendees
The host (usually Andrew) does an intro, then starts with 3-4 questions.
After that, it's completely open for actors to ask anything they like of the CD (except to connect for coffee / lunch (awkward...)).
When are the small group career strategy sessions?
We host these twice a month.

What is the format of the career strategy sessions?
There are usually 8-15 actors present.
There is NO need to participate at all - just showing up is welcomed and embraced.
First 30 Min: Wins
Share something cool that happened this month.
Last 60 Min: Career Strategy
Everyone can ask anything - from mindset to career hurdles to overcome. Email structure, issues with agents, etc...
The host (usually Kym or Chuti) answers BUT we encourage all actors in the group to join in with their answers too, which they often do.
For Questions: Put your Zoom hand up
To Give Answers: Put your human hand up (you'll be called on before the next question)
What are the live zoom classes with industry experts?
A few times a year, we invite an industry expert to teach a class. Usually it's around 45 minutes of learning with a 45 minute Q&A.

How can I pause my subscription?
We get it! Sometimes we all need a little break.
This is gonna seem weird, but first we need you to pretend to cancel - the pause option will come up as you start cancelling. Simply:
Sign into your account
Click 'Profile' (the circle & 3 lines at the top right of your screen)
Select "Purchases & Payments" (or just click this link)
Click on "Cancel Membership"
Follow the on-screen prompts and it will offer you the option to pause for a few months

How can I cancel my subscription?
We would love for you to stay (and we hope you'll consider pausing instead!) but if the time really has come to leave, simply:
Sign into your account
Click 'Profile' (the circle & 3 lines at the top right of your screen)
Select "Purchases & Payments" (or just click this link)
Click on "Cancel Membership"
Follow the on-screen prompts
We hope to see you on set one day :)
What is the refund policy?
You guys, we love you. If you are not completely in love with us, just request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase.
Please note the following:
Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the transaction date.
The request should include your account email and reason for the refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
How can I reset or change my password?
On The Sign In Page:
Click 'Forgot Password?'
Enter the email associated with your account
Click 'Send Instructions'
The instruction email will arrive in your inbox shortly.
In the instruction email, click 'Reset Password' and you will be directed to select a new password.
In Your Account Settings:
Sign in
Click 'Profile' circle at the top right
Select 'Dashboard'
Under Private Info, click on 'Change Password'
Enter your current password, then your new password
Click 'Save Changes'
How can I update my billing or card information?
Once signed into your account:
Click your 'Profile' circle at the top right of the page
Select 'Purchases'
Under 'Payment Method' click on 'Change Payment Method'
Why is my credit card being declined?
Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions.
If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase you would like to make is valid.
Also, certain credit/debit cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied.
