Your one-on-one sessions

Four 60-minute career strategy sessions a year, with the coach of your choice. On the quarterly plan that is one per quarter; on the annual plan it is four across the year.

Your annual footage analysis

Once a year, Kym records herself watching up to five minutes of your work and talking through it - first impressions, what is missing, and the specific changes that would lift it. Not a form, not a checklist. Someone actually watching your work.
